Lovely villa and owner
The location of the villa is prefect and villa is also very spacious. We had a wide range of generations in our party and the villa accommodated all our needs. Valery was brilliant host and he was always helpful. Close a wide choice of bars and restaurants. Our party were very happy which allowed us to create many treasured memories for all.

Villa del duque

Just back after a week in villa del duque. We travelled as a party of 12 and the villa was very spacious. It is situated in a great location with pharmacy, doctor supermarket within 2 min walk. The beach is approx 5 min walk which we visited frequently. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, kitchen well equipped and the pool area was lovely too. There are buckets and spades and other water toys at the villa for your children to use. Downstairs there is a table tennis table which was used a lot ! The villa is situated in a very nice area with plenty of shops, designer shops and restaurants. At night it is very peaceful so no disturbance whilst you sleep !! Valery was at the end of a text if needed and replied promptly. I would recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely return.

Amazing villa and location

Stayed as a group of 9 mixed friends in August. Great location; beach and restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of travel agencies around to book trips. Villa was lovely - really clean and lots of space. Facilities as described and pictured - we did have to buy our own toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. Valery was really helpful and friendly. Nightlife approx. 10 mins away by taxi, so immediate area quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Good location very close to beach, shops & restaurants

This villa is in a good central location for the beach, shopping centers and restaurants. The villa suited our family party ranging from ages 10 - 70 years. The pool was a good size, clean and great for the kids. The villa is spacious, well furnished and plenty of washrooms to cater for a large group. Would not hesitate to use this property again if we return to Tenerife.

Beautiful, amazing villa
Absolutely loved this villa, party of 12. Kids loved it.villa is so large that everyone had their own space. Brilliant pool, loads of pool toys too. Very co fly beds, villa was spotless. Felt so safe. Everyone had an amazing time. Fantastic area so close to everything. Would love to come back.

Great family holiday villa.

Spent our second holiday at this lovely villa. There were 12 of us, 6 adults and 6 children with age range from 4 to 72! All the children loved the heated pool and could have stayed there all day. The villa is well furnished and very convenient for local shops and beaches. There is no need for a car once you are there. Valery is easily contactable and helpful. .

My family and I have just returned from a weeks holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa itself is very spacious and every need is catered for. Family-friendly, luxury villa with a great location

The Villa was very spacious, well-equipped, neat and elegant. There were a lot to do for the kids: a big, heated pool with toys, a soccer field and a video game console. The location was excellent. The Villa was near a shopping centre, in which there was also a small grocery store where to buy everyday supplies. Nearby was very nice beach, a beach promenade and a lot of restaurants and shops. The area where villa was located was safe and quiet despite of the close location of the shopping centre. Within a walk distance there were a lot of nice places to visit or take a walk but renting a car is absolutely recommended in order to see other nice villages and places by the mountains and the sea. The instructions we got beforehand were clear and informative and Valery was very friendly and helpful with any our questions or wishes. Our group of two families really enjoyed our stay at the Villa and will visit again!

The villa is located 100m from shops & small supermarket, 400m from large supermarket, 400m from sea and 800m from restaurants on promenade. The bedrooms are on 3 floors, the en-suite being on top floor; the basement was ideal for our 5 grandchildren to sleep and play, with TV & video available - ideal at night & early morning. The villa is clean, with comfortable beds, and the pool was an endless place of enjoyment for all 5 grandchildren and 6 adults. Valery was readily available, easily contactable and very willing to resolve any issues or questions. We would happily go again, my children every year.

We stayed at this villa at the end of January 18 for a week. It was a 50 birthday celebration and there were 10 girls and one baby. What a beautiful villa!!!! Plenty of room for everyone. Great for the baby too!! Outside pool area was fab!! We had such a great time. Valery was so kind and always on hand to help with queries. Would definitely recommend this villa and I can’t wait to return to it. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance and a short taxi ride to las Américas. Everyone loved it. Beautiful sun terrace on the third floor for catching some sun and having a few drinks in the evening. Thanks so much Valery!!!

Spent 2 weeks over The New year here. Great location, best on this complex in my opinion. Sun all day and loads of space compared with others. Close to all amenities, very spacious and everything that you need for a villa holiday. Great wifi on all floors with enough bandwidth to stream TV channels from home through iPad. Pool area fabulous and the heated pool makes a massive difference. Living space on ground floor helps if more than one family as it gives the option to have your own space. Great stay. We have already booked again for next year. Thanks

We could not use the heated pool as dirty, green & unheated on arrival , pool man/ lady came 3 times to clear & heat Thurs afternoon was our 1st swim, as checkout was 10 pm Sat only a few hours for price paid , also kitchen and lounge sticky and dirty on all surfaces hence ants running about surfaces ,even in the bedrooms ! we had to put quilts from the beds not being used as matress toppers , otherwise springs dug into you without them , hot water in showers ran cold / hot all the time when trying to get ready to go out in the evenings , we can't understand the rave reviews this villa gets as its TIRED and we would of put up with it BUT NO HEATED POOL unforgivable for price paid ☹️

We had a wonderful week here. The villa is beautiful, huge! (Especially when there was just 4 of us!) But nice not to be on top of each other like so many apartments are. Its close to all amenities, when we arrived we went to the larger supermarket and got some supplies in, as it was nice not to have to go out every night. The pool was great, lovely and warm...my 3yr old loved it...she even learned to swim in it! We would definitely return and would recommend to everyone! The owner valerie was great at replying to any emails/queries and was very helpful.

This was our second time back to this villa and yet again it didn’t disappoint! Me & my four friends usually head over to Tenerife at this time every year, we’ve never stayed in a same villa twice but this is the first time we ever did this. Obviously this was down to being so impressed with the villa last year. The usual things stood out again....spacious, clean, tidy, peaceful, fun & good security too! Also the owner Valery is only a message/call away if anything is needed or any question needs answering. All in all a perfect villa & we shall be returning next year for our THIRD one in a row!

Great Villa in a Perfect Location

This was our first time in Tenerife and Villa Del Duque exceeded our expectations. It is located in a good area close to 5* hotels and designer shops ; a few minutes from a great beach and nice restaurants, and also within a few minutes walk of the more lively playa Fannabe where there are more shops restaurants and good beaches with watersports etc.The accommodation is very spacious with two lounges and good size double bedrooms with plenty of storage space. All rooms were very clean and the pool was great...plenty of clean beach towels available. It has excellent kitchen facilities .There is also a huge garage for those who hire cars but the journey from the airport is around 20 minutes we got a taxi for 7 with all our bags for 35 euros. Valery was very helpful we were able to store our luggage both when we arrived until the accommodation was available again and before we left for the airport, which was a great help. We will visit again and would recommend this villa to all my friends and family

Fabulous time had by all....

Large and spacious villa in my favourite part of Tenerife. As mentioned previously a lot of large villas on the island are a little remote or up in the hills so a car or numerous taxi rides are a necessity. This villa however is only a short and pleasant walk from everything you need. Accessed via a private gated road means its both quite and secure. We were a family group of 13 ( 7 adults and 6 children ) aged from 3 to 60. The villa is advertised as sleeping 12 but Valery the owner was most accommodating in allowing us to increase this to meet our needs by using sofa beds, so don't be afraid to ask if that would suit your party size. Valery, who speaks very good English, was always polite, courteous and easy to contact both by email during the enquiry and booking process, and we preferred using whatsapp for messaging during our stay. Because we had a very early flight home on the final day, the deposit guarantee was returned to us the previous day in full. The villa itself is very spacious and set over 3 floors. Although there was a large group of us it was still easy to find a quiet spot if that is what you wanted. Most of us had our own smart phones and tablets but the wifi coped well and always worked. Beds were comfy, showers worked well, air conditioning worked well. Kitchen is well equipped and a kettle style barbeque available if you plan to eat in occasionally. The pool area is fabulous and fairly private. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool that was larger than it appeared in the photos as I enjoy trying to swim lengths. Plenty of comfy sun loungers, large table and chairs that is now covered by a large retractable sun blind/canopy. Although we took our own beach towels there was additional outdoor towel provided which was handy when you have children constantly in and out of the pool looking for a dry one. We were there for a 2 week stay so Valery asked us to allow for a full clean of the villa after week one. All bed linen and towels were also changed. Probably easier for them if you arrange to be out of the way for that to be done. A big thank you to Valery and his wife Olesya for allowing us to stay in their amazing villa and create some wonderful memories, hopefully we will be back in the not too distant future....

Having rented villas in previous years for our family of 7 adults & 5 children (ranging in age from 6 to 68) and preferring not to rent cars whilst on holiday, we found that most villas - despite saying car was not essential - were only near a handful of amenities, so wow what a great position this villa is in, a couple of minutes walk from a small supermarket within the exclusive Plaza del Duque shopping centre and only a little further to the beach and loads of restaurants and entertainment. Security wise it is brilliant as there is no access at the front and a private code operated gated road to the only entrance at the back. As it was peak season & the temperature was in the mid to high 30's we did not stray far from the villa during the day, apart from a few trips to the beach. The pool was great (plenty of toys and inflatables) and sun loungers very comfortable, with 4 parasols and a shade over the outside dining table. Children and adults made much use of the table tennis table both in the heat of the day and evening, likewise our boys used the little football area despite the heat (6 footballs lost in total 4 at the front and 2 at the back) but well worth it for the fun!! Accommodation wise - we were three families plus grandma & grandad and each family had plenty of space on each of the three floors, with the air con being very efficient (non in the lower floor lounge but not too bad) and it was in the lower floor bedroom. Bathroom towels were waiting for us and there were a few pool towels but not as many as we thought there would be from previous reviews, so glad we took some of our own. Kitchen was lovely with quality appliances and large fridge-freezer (small fridge also on bottom floor), so we could keep a supply of cold drinks ready to transfer into the main fridge. Lounge very comfortable and loved how it was straight out to the pool. We ate out every night and a number of restaurants along Fanabe beach offered 3 course meals for just under 9 euros, and we were surprised by the choice & quality of them, we found Trip Adviser reviews were generally accurate. Being 12 of us we found that whilst the small nearby supermarket was fine for everyday items like bread, milk etc it was quite expensive (as is usual) and did not stock everything we needed. Mercadona supermarket is only about 4 euros in a taxi but we registered online before we went on holiday and put in 3 online orders during our 2 week stay and they will deliver for just over 7 euros, with prices much lower. Walking from the Villa, within a couple of minutes you can turn right to Playa del Duque beach (small but really nice, though sunbeds expensive) and we were a bit concerned with the rough sea and current which knocked the children over. Go left and down the steps and it is a really pleasant walk with great views round to Fanabe beach. We preferred this as during the day the sea appeared safer and cafes for drinks & snacks were handy and in the evening the entertainment and restaurants were in this area. After 2 weeks we were not ready to go home but unfortunately we had to. Although we did not see Valery, we did send a few e-mails about minor matters and he dealt with them promptly. He was also very obliging in allowing us a later check out time (use of lounge, kitchen and pool area for an extra couple of hours) as we had a late flight - although bear in mind this will not always be possible if the next people are checking in as soon as they are allowed, as cleaning has to be done. The information we received from him before the holiday regarding all aspects of the villa was clear and detailed and codes, keys etc were exactly as advised. Perfect Villa!! We stayed as a group of 8 friends, we all had plenty of space and the villa had everything we needed. Location was excellent, close to beach, shops and restaurants and taxis were readily available and cheap if we fancied a livelier night in Playa de Las Americas. Great communication from the owner. Would stay again.

Lovely Spacious Villa in a brilliant location, only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants & Beaches. There were 10 of us staying and we felt that we had plenty of room so that we were not tripping over each other but it still felt very homely. Communications with the owner were excellent & I think the Villa surpassed all of our expectations.

Great location, just a short walk to lovely beach and close to many restaurants .Very spacious villa with lovely heated pool. We were a family group of 6 adults and 4 children and had a fab holiday. plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby but we chose to eat out most nights as there was so much choice. Only briefly met the owner Valery on our last day but the booking process was easy as he was always helpful .

Excellent , spacious contemporary villa in ideal location .
Beautiful villa in up market El Duque area . Close to all amenities and a very short walk to a stunning beach . There are plenty of restaurants and cafes , prices vary according to which direction you take , El Duque is more expensive whereas the direction heading to Las Americas is far cheaper .

Fantastic Villa in an ideal location!
An amazing beautiful villa! Myself and four friends travel to Tenerife for a week break every year. We usually book a package (flight/villa) through a holiday company but this year we decided to do it different and book them separately (just to give us more choice & flexibility). We've been very lucky in past years with the villas we got through the holiday company but this one was another level ahead of those. Everything was clean & tidy. The bedrooms were spacious, kitchen & dining area were first class and the games room in the basement floor was great fun. The private pool & surrounding sunbathing area was perfectly situated, very peaceful & ideal for relaxing under the sun. The security in & out of the villa was also a bonus and very reassuring (we needed to get through two key-coded gates upon entering the villa). The owner Valery was also very helpful and he told us he was always on call if we needed him, but in honestly we never did as we experienced no problems at all during our stay! To sum it up, a wonderful, clean & spacious villa which we will be returning back to again next year!

What can I say, I was dumbfounded at how beautiful this villa was. I was expecting it to be great but it was out of this world. The location is perfect, feels so safe and secure. Great view of the ocean, shops and bars so close by. But the villa itself just made my holiday. So much space, there were 9 of us and I was worried we'd be on top of each other but we weren't at all. The pool was fantastic, just the right size. Table tennis was fun too. The owner was lovely to deal with. I haven't a negative word to say about this villa. I only wish my holiday was longer.

Stayed here with children ,grandchildren and grandparents. The villa is so nice and Valery the owner is brilliant. He is very helpful and at the end of the phone should you need any assistance. Lovely villa situated in a quiet area but walking distance to bars restaurants and the beach. Easy access to taxi's and everything you might need. Beautiful pool that we used daily with plenty of outside space to sit and relax. BBQ there but we didn't use it. Air conditioning throughout which was much needed! Would definitely recommend this villa and if visiting again in a group, would certainly re book. Valery the owner was really helpful and communicated by email before our stay which was reassuring.

Beautiful Villa Excellent Holiday
9 of us stayed at this villa ages ranged from 5-70. The villa is situated in the heart of Costa Adeje, close to all amenities. The Villa is very clean and has everything you need. The villa had so much room no matter what we did we were never on top of one another. There were more than enough bathrooms. The cleanliness was 1st class no matter where you swiped your hand there was no dust. The only thing was we did not no how to access the keys to get in but perhaps we should of asked the question before we arrived. We stayed at Villa del duque with my friends and family, with an age range from 5 months to 68yrs and the villa delivered for everybody. Having visited Tenerife several times before we knew the location was perfect, close to the beach and many other amenities and the villa absolutely delivered on quality. Easy access to the garage which comfortably fitted both a mini bus and car, beautiful sea views, and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. I had hired some baby equipment however need not of as the villa already had a cradle seat and play mat. You will also find an abundance of toys, eager floats outside by the pool which all the kids made great use of. Valery the owner was easy to contact via email as the wifi was perfect and was always quick to respond with any small query we had. A perfect villa that we plan to book for next year.

Three generations of our family have just enjoyed a relaxing stay at this villa. Although it is in a great central location, we found the villa to be really quiet, which was just what we wanted. We spent most days around the lovely pool area relaxing and playing a bit of pool volleyball. The villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable and Valery the owner is pleasant to deal with and quick to sort out any problems that may arise. We would definitely return.

Second visit to the villa and it met all expectations again. Great location with everything we needed a brief stroll away. The villa itself is well appointed and has a lovely home feel to it. We have stayed at the villa in February 2016. The villa was really nice and the location is excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the villa. The shopping centre is near by. Villa near Plaza deal Duque center is just ideal for a holiday and being close to everything. My child loved the pool and all the toys left for us to play with. Everything was very well organised and the family enjoyed the stay very much. We played table tennis at the villa as well. The owner is personally involved in running the business and he is excellent with communication. Really impressed by him addressing even small issue immediately. We will definitely return again.

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Tenerife!
This villa has everything you would need for a very enjoyable holiday - this was our second visit and we would hope to return again!! The heated private pool is a fantastic added bonus, the kids can play freely without worry as there is also a play area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and there are lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. Can't say enough about this villa - spotless and well cared for - you need to visit!!

This design of this villa optimizes space to the absolute maximum, both inside and out. The pool is fantastic surrounded by quality artificial turf, decking and patio area with good shade, dining table and ample sun loungers. The internal layout with the central glass walls is airy, spacious and suits the needs of families or couples sharing. The bottom floor family/games room would be idea for families with teenagers. The beds are comfortable and spotlessly clean as are the several bathrooms. The location is perfect for the beach(s), quality shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this villa to any family looking for high quality and high standards. The owner is attentive, prompt to respond to correspondence and happy to recommend local amenities. And, just in case you need one, there is a doctor located at the end of the service road.

Just returned to chilly England after a wonderful weeks holiday. Weather was amazing, this was our first villa holiday, I wasn't sure if I would miss being in a hotel, but absolutely loved it, the villa is so spacious, the pool is fantastic and the location to the beach, shops and restaurants was perfect. A lot of good restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely return to this villa. Thank you Valery
Lovely spacious villa, perfectly placed for shopping and the beach in the Fanabe area, kids loved the pool and was lovely and warm even when the sun wasn't out. Valery was most helpful and accommodating whenever we needed him and has gone to the trouble of returning a Hard drive I had left behind, lovely touch.
Just come back from Tenerife after spending 10 days in the best villa thank you Valery, perfect location and Del Duque area is very up market. Close to all amenities something for everyone we were a party of 12 ages 15 months to 56 needs air con downstairs but apart from that the ills perfect the pool brilliant would highly recommend it.Valery was very helpful and on hand when required great communication, everything went so smoothly thank you Valery.
fantastic villa, all you could want and more. spotlessly clean. well equipped,beautiful pool plenty of loungers and room to sunbathe. good air con in all rooms (except bottom floor - could do with air con down there too). the owner valery was a pleasure to deal with, trouble free booking and check in, nothing too much trouble. we were a party of 7 but there was so much space, the villa is huge. good wifi. close to all shops, bars and restaurants, short walk to to beaches. overall a fantastic base for a holiday. we have already booked again for next year.

Just returned from this Villa/House. This is the first time that the family has been away on holiday together (ages from 18-75). There was more than enough space for all of us without getting in each others way. The pool area is fabulous and very quiet. The location is perfect, close to shops, beech and restaurants, hence no need for a car unless you want to go of sightseeing. The family felt safe in this area of Costa Adeje and we are discussing re-booking for next year. I would like to say Thank You Valery and his family for the use of their house.

Fantastic villa - perfect location, a short walk to a number of beaches, shops, restaurants. Secure complex, excellent facilities in the villa - our young children loved the pool and the football/basketball area. We were a family group of 10, including one baby and all of us were catered for - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, baby facilities. Air conditioning and wi-fi were great. Communications with the owner in booking and prior to visit were informative and efficient. Would highly recommend this villa !

We just returned home to cold & wet Switzerland. We stayed at this lovely villa for the first time. We were a friends group of Golfers (4 couples) aged +/- 45 yrs. The location of the villa is fantastic, nevertheless it is very quiet and has total privacy. The house has plenty of space, is very well equipped and very clean! We had two evenings eating at the villa. The kitchen is big and has high quality machines (miele). Furthermore George is there as well (the Nespresso Machine :-))), so even getting up in the morning was fine. Yes maybe one thing is the warm water. When the whole group wanted to shower in the evening, we really had to cut it down short, otherwise the warm water went out. Valery was super friendly and whenever there was something, he reacted and/or had things repaired if necessary at no time. Thanks for a fantastic week - hope to be back soon! It was the first time that i rented this villa for a group of sportspeople, i have to say that everything was good arranged, great spot, near to the duque beach, very confortable house with a lot of space. The swimming pool was heated, so very nice temperature. Apart from this, very good service by the owner. We will go back !
We have just returned from a brilliant holiday in this villa. Our group ranged in age from 3 to 76 and we all throughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean on arrival and very well equipped. It was especially nice to see buckets, spades and pool rings for my grandson and toys in the play area downstairs which he called the 'porch'.
Stagger your showers to make sure everyone gets warm water but that is the only advise I would give. The villa really is close to shops, beach and restaurants and is situated in a lovely part of Costa Adeje.
I would not hesitate to visit this villa again. Valery, the owner is lovely.
We (2 adults and 2 children age 11 and 12) stayed here two weeks in August and had a great vacation. Beautiful house and perfect Location. The beach is close and easy to get to from the house. Easy walk to many Restaurants. Our favourites: Torre del Mirador and Miishi Sushi Club. Valery was always very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with!
This villa in Costa Adeje, Tenerife is excellent. It is in a prime location, no more than 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, supermarket and shopping centre. It is situated in a busy but quiet area, great for holidays! The house was clean when we arrived and was well prepared. Valery, the owner, was always easily accessible and whenever we had a problem, he have clear and easy-to-follow advice.
The only problems we had were the electricity box was always overloading whenever the oven was being used, causing the electricity to cut out many times while cooking.
Other than the electricity, there is absolutely noting bad to say about this villa! It was a beautiful place and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to tenerife!
We have just returned from spending eight wonderful days at Valery's Villa in Playa del Duque.
The villa was very spacious, well equipped and with a family of 12, everyone could have their own private space if needed.
It was situated in a very central position, very close to a lovely Mall and only five minute walk to beaches and restuarants.
The facilities within the villa covered everyone's need and the pool was brilliant to be in on the lovely hot days we experienced.
We were so pleased with all the help and attention Valery gave us on our arrival and if there was a question to be answered, he responded immediately.
The villa was a fantastic place to stay. Booking was all handled via email and was very straightforward.
The pictures don't show just how much space there actually is. Even as a group of 11 the place didn't feel crowded at all.
Very easy to reach and access, as well as being only a few minutes walk from multiple convenience stores / supermarkets.
Would love to go back again, I feel any future trips elsewhere will have a very hard task to match the same standards.
We hired the villa for a group of 9 ladies and we had an amazing time.
We arrived early but was allowed to leave our bags whilst we explored our surroundings. The beach was just a 5 min walk with lovely bars and restaurants. The villa had everything we could ask for. The outside area was so relaxing.

We were not disappointed everything about the villa was very high standard.
Valery was pleasure to deal with, from the initial enquiry until our departure, he is always available if there are any problems, which we had none.

This villa is located in the upmarket Costa Adeje area within 100 yards of Plaza del Duque shopping centre and the 5 star Anthelia hotel, so it is a gentle 5 minute walk to the Playa del Duque or Fañabé beaches and the promenade.
The villa is a modern design split onto three levels and the middle level has the garden and heated pool. It is very spacious and could easily accommodate five couples or two or three families.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There are several large flat screen TV's and everything you could need, baby chair, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron.
Overall, this villa is huge and in a prime location and must have cost a small fortune and you will consider yourself lucky to have stayed here.
If I was being very critical and I was lucky enough to own this villa I would get the patio doors and front door serviced as they can be tricky to open and close. I am also not sure if the property had smoke alarms but could be wrong. The stairs may not be suitable for very young children but you could fit stair gates or the very elderly but otherwise fine for everyone else.
The owner Valery is a really nice and helpful guy and was only a phone call away. He went out of his way to ensure you had a happy stay.

Just back from a fantastic February holiday in this amazing villa. We were impressed by the size of the villa and it's modern design. Our kids loved the pool and would quite happily play there all day. It is important at this time of year to put the pool cover on when not in use to get the water temperature up. We found it needed to be about 26' for the children to be comfortable. The bedrooms are comfortable, with lots of wardrobe space and hangers available. There are lots of towels for bath and beach, so no need to bring your own. The villa is only a 2 minute walk from the shops and there are many good restaurants in the area. Valery was a pleasure to deal with. We will hopefully return soon.
My family and I, eight adults & one 14 month baby have just returned from our stay at this Villa, it is very well equipped for all ages especially young children and located located in the nice area of Del Duque, we had a great time and intend to return sometime in the future. Just returned from a wonderful week in the villa. We regularly stay at the Hotel Bahia Del Duque so know the area well and when we were looking for somewhere big enough for the whole family in the Del Duque area, this villa looked perfect. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids aged 13, 11, 4 & 2. There was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing without getting in each others way. Loads of equipment for the younger children and wi-fi for the older kids - perfect. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and we all hope to return again. We all agreed that it was the best family holiday we have had. Thank You!

We recently stayed at the villa for a family holiday. There were 11 in our group and we had ample space. The vila was clean, well equipped and comfortable.
The villa is brilliantly situated right next to all the facilities your need and really close to the brililant Siam water park. If we were to return to Costa Adeje we would definitely stay here again.
Myself and 10 other friends rented the villa for 10 days this year. We were stunned by how nice the villa itself was. It is situated by the Sea Front in a quiet location surrounded by Cocktail Bars and places to eat. I would highly recommend the villa for large groups or families of at least 4.
Villa fantastic for all our needs as holidaying with a baby, a toddler and 8yr old.

We had a fantastic time in the villa. We were a family group of 11 celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. This is a fabulous villa, in a great location. The pool was great fun for young and old. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby, we really loved La Hacienda @ the Playa del Duque. A great base to explore and enjoy Tenerife!

There was plenty for the children to do and they especially loved the outside pool. It's locations is perfect also, walking distance to the beach as well as bars and restaurants, great shopping centre and supermarkets close by too. Family of 11 shared the spacious villa. Great Location, walking distance to lovely beaches, shops, market and easy access to other resorts. Plenty of Pool towels and bath towels etc provided, furnished with good quality goods although a curtain/blind would have been appreciated on the door of the upstairs bedroom for privacy. The lovely villa was a great choice for us to celebrate New Year together. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing place to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. Villa so central to everything, with great shops and places to eat . My grandchildren aged 5 and 3 loved the Pool and the games consul.

Our favorite restaurant: Little Italy Capri restaurant opposite the small casino and Coeur de Fillet restaurant close to Fanabe beach.
We stayed here in September 2012 as a family with 4 generations ranging from 8 months to 80+ years old. We were extremely impressed with what we saw. The villa had an area suitable for every member of the family ranging from a glorious garden with private warm swimming pool, quiet chilled out patio area, sheltered indoor garden and a games area with football / basketball net. The villa was very spacious and on 3 floors with excellent facilities (home from home). It is spotless and equipped with anything you could want. The villa could not be more central to restaurants, shops, bars and the promenade / beach - all serving a range of cuisines for all budgets. Valery - the friendly owner was there to meet us on arrival and kept in contact whenever we had queries about the local area. All in all - a perfect peaceful villa and a fabulous holiday - looking forward to our return.
Staying in this villa really made our holiday. It was lovely and clean when we arrived with plenty of towels in all the bedrooms, even towels to use around the pool. There's just so much space inside and the outside space is great too. Our boys loved the football and basketball nets but not as much as the pool :-)

Would highly recommend a visit as though in a lovely quiet spot was just a couple of minutes from the Plaza Del Duque shopping center which has a supermarket which sold everything we needed, and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to lots of restaurants. We had planned to hire a car but in the end didn't bother as there was just no need.
The villa is situated in a fabulous location, walking distance to shops, supermarkets & beaches. No real need to have a car unless you want to travel around the island. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool which was heated and when it was too hot there were 2 large TVs plus a Wii to keep them entertained. Lovely villa, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, could easily stay with another family and we intend to return next year!!
