'Villa Habitats Del Duque' in Costa Adeje is a luxury modern three floor villa with 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms which sleeps 12 guests. It has terrace with large heated pool, open kid's area and  terrace with lovely views of Atlantic Ocean.

The villa is furnished to a high standard and also includes air conditioning (heating and cooling) throughout.

You can safely leave valuables in your personal safe in the villa.
When you go to the sea, place the keys in a special safe at the entrance to the villa.

There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, main living room, kitchen, main terrace and open kid's aria.

Bedroom3 is a bedroom with a double bed and access to the outdoor playground.

Bedroom4 is a  bedroom with a two single beds and access to the outdoor playground.
